CLEARFLOW GEL FLOCCULANT
PASSIVE TSS/NTU & METAL REDUCTION NUTRIENTS
Clearflow has eliminated the need for the high-priced traditional flocculation system. Because we blend, age and package our flocculant at our facilities, it comes in a ready state form. Use it right out of the box. Simply install the gel block flocculant in situ and after a brief hydration period, the block is fully active. The gel block uses flow energy along with particle size, shape, and density to release or strip the flocculant. The Clearflow Gel requires flow to release flocculant.

300 SERIES
The 300 Series Gel Flocculant Blocks are negatively charged and cause particles to form large floccules that are more easily separated from water.

400 SERIES
The 400 Series Gel Flocculant Blocks are used to pretreat suspended solids making them easier to bind together with 300 Series Blocks. Use of 400 Series Gel Flocculants are effective in removing some metals and nutrients from the water.

600 SERIES
The 600 Series Gel Flocculant Blocks are positively charged and are used to flocculate solids that are organic in origin.

NEUTRALIZER
The Neutralizer Block is a negatively charged product that releases faster than the standard 300 Series products. It is used to neutralize the positive charge of cationic flocculants and coagulants.

- Place within turbulent flowing water within natural creeks, man-made ditches, culverts and waterfalls. Create vigorous mixing by constructing baffle grids with sandbags, or conventional construction materials such as wood, concrete, or metal.
Pumped flows using Pipe Reactors systems.
In ponds when used in conjunction with appropriate mixing devices such as aeration or fountain equipment and or waterfall designs.Design criteria should include the use of geo-jute to act as sediment-collection and final polishing of discharge water.
Block will need to be in water for at least 30 min. to allow for proper hydration of the block
